The Palliative Approach in Long Term Care Community of Practice is a group of professionals, patients, caregivers and other interested individuals who come together to share experiences and best practices regarding Advance Care Planning and palliative approaches in LTC education and implementation- including challenges and successes. The group is run in collaboration with SPA-LTC and the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association.

Join us April 11, 2024 from 11AM-12PM ET for a presentation by the Canadian Grief Alliance – Consultation on Grief Services and Grief Literacy. This interactive session will provide an opportunity for members to share what. you think about the current state of grief support in Canada – innovations, best practices, where improvement is needed, and aspirations for how best to meet the needs of grieving Canadians going forward.
