The Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses (CCCN) is a national, not-for-profit organization. Foundational to the organization are the pillars of health promotion and advocacy, professional education, research, and excellent membership services.
CCCN is composed of nine (9) provincial and territorial divisions, each with its own executive and committee structure. These Divisions promote, develop and facilitate ongoing events and initiatives that support the national pillars.
In January 2015, the Canadian Council of Cardiovascular Nurses (CCCN) became the first Canadian nursing organization to release a Position Statement on Advance Care Planning in Canada. We invite you to read the full Position Statement here.
